The Encore® Azaleas have gained quite the reputation over the years and no wonder: they bloom not only in spring but once again in autumn! They are often seen as the dream of any landscaper: offering ample choice in beautiful colours to make the wildest landscaping ideas become reality.

These stunning evergreen rhododendron demand very little maintenance and are actually quite easy to cultivate. Rhododendron Encore® Autumn Starburst has beautiful star-shaped, white flowers, with a coral-coloured centre. They offer a spectacular contrast against the glossy green leaves. Autumn Starburst has a very compact size, growing no more than 90 cm high: but her compact size does come with tremendous flower power.

How to care for Rhododendron Encore® Autumn Starburst: Both her compact size and abundant flowering make her perfectly suited for shrub borders and mass planting, but just as beautiful in pots and planters on the balcony. Autumn Starburst thrives in well-drained, moist soil (preferably with a pH between 5.5 - 6.5) and is happy in both full sun and semi-shade. Hardy to -20 °C.
