Brunnera 'Jack of Diamonds' PBR EU 62728

Perennials

Description

This incredible perennial shade plant can be best described as the XXL-version of the popular 'Jack Frost', but with a unique twist. ‘Jack of Diamonds’ boasts enormous leaves that span across a 25 cm (!) diameter and overlap dramatically at the base. The heart-shaped foliage features a stunning silver overlay that is accentuated by bold dark green veining. In mid to late spring, clusters of baby blue blossoms reminiscent of forget-me-nots emerge above the foliage.

Brunnera ‘Jack of Diamonds’ is a timeless perennial and highly valued for its enormous foliage and ability to thrive in shady conditions whilst producing beautiful blooms. ‘Jack of Diamonds’ is low-maintenance and ideal to use as ground cover, for natural gardens, cottage gardens, banks and slopes, flower beds and borders, containers or as underplanting of roses and shrubs.
