Description

Throw a garden party with Fuchsia Happy Birthday! Happy Birthday has bright pink shoots in spring that look like a flower. As the leaf ages, it colours to variegated green with dark pink. Then the foliage changes to cream-green with white spots. The backside of the leaves is burgundy. As temperatures get colder, the foliage becomes even more intense pink. The flowers are dark pink with a purple corolla. Happy Birthday flowers early; from May to October. This semi-evergreen perennial is easy to grow and becomes approx. 120 cm tall and wide. Pruning is possible in March. With its many colours, Happy Birthday deserves a nice place in the garden or on your balcony or terrace. Place Happy Birthday in the sun or semi-shade in a well-permeable ground. Hardy to -7 ºC.
