Hop, hop! What is this sound? It’s Carex laxiculmis ‘Bunny Blue’! This lively plant has bright, blue-green foliage. Its wide and playful blades look just like long rabbit ears. This eye-catching Carex is very easy to maintain and perfect as a groundcover. ‘Bunny Blue’ is winter hardy to -25 °C. Spring is the best time to prune. It grows well in either in (partial) shade. Preferably in rich, moist and well-drained soil. ‘Bunny Blue’ is very suitable as a solitary on your terrace or patio, for combination planting, in plant borders and for mass planting.
