Morus rotundiloba Charlotte Russe ('Matsunaga'PBR) won the prestigious title “Plant of the year 2017” at the Chelsea Flower Show. Charlotte Russe is a compact mulberry that gives a lot of fruit on new wood. An excellent fruit shrub for smaller gardens or the terrace. In 2018 Charlotte Russe will be introduced in the rest of Europe under the name "Mojo Berry". Clematis ‘Taiga’, also managed by Plantipp, was fourth in the competition.
