Buddleja alternifolia Unique (‘Pmoore12’PBR) has been awarded at the international trade show GrootGroenPlus with a gold medal. The jury of the KVBC (Royal Dutch Horticultural Society) states that this plant is unique and innovative in the Buddleja assortment. Unique has a very dense branching and relatively fine foliage that is still green with a healthy appearance. This butterfly bush becomes max. 120 cm tall and 70 cm wide. Ideal for in a pot on the terrace or balcony. Unique is also very suitable for shrub borders, landscaping and butterfly gardens. The plant is hardy to -25 ºC and flowers on one-year-old wood. When Unique is pruned after flowering, it stays compact and will give an abundance of new flowers the next year. Medal winner Buddleja Unique is found by Peter Moore from Great Britain and was signed up for the novelties show by Boomkwekerij Out. Plantipp manages Unique and is very proud of this achievement.
