x Semponium 'Destiny' PBR EU 67477

Succulenten

Description

Semponium ‘Destiny’ is another groundbreaking intergeneric crossing between Aeonium and Sempervivum. ‘Destiny’ can be recognized by its large rosettes and distinctly dark purple, veiny leaves, with a bright green centre in winter. What makes this variety even more interesting, is that it holds its dark colours all year round - unlike most other purple Aeonium hybrids.

‘Destiny’ has a compact habit and grows to a beautiful, dense, conical plant as the plant matures. The rosettes are incredibly strong and are known to branch out after a year or two. This robust plant has thick, sturdy, glossy leaves and hardly requires any maintenance!

How to care for Semponium ‘Destiny’:
‘Destiny’ grows up to 60 cm across on a single rosette. Overall, ‘Destiny’ is a very robust plant which is a great addition to any garden, rock garden, balcony or terrace. Place ‘Destiny’ in full sun to semi-shade in well-drained soil. ‘Destiny’ has been tested to be hardy to -5 ºC so far.
