Description

Don’t let the compact habit fool you: Salvia JS® 'A Little Bit' produces masses of giant, deep purple flowers. This absolute stunner was a stand-out seedling amongst a batch of seedlings. Whereas other popular cultivars tend to have smaller flowers, JS® 'A Little Bit' truly stands out with its XXL-flower power.

Its compact, creeping habit (25 cm high and 30 cm wide) makes JS® 'A Little Bit' an outstanding specimen for smaller perennial borders and patio containers. Whether you plant it in a wildlife garden, an exotic garden or grow it in a planter on the patio: you will enjoy every second of it (and so will the pollinators!). Salvia JS® 'A Little Bit' flowers from June throughout October.

This hardy perennial thrives in both full sun and semi-shade and isn’t too picky about the type of soil. Hardy to -25 ºC.
