Plantipp has once again proven its strength in plant innovation, taking home multiple honours at this year’s Glazen Tulp Awards by FloraHolland.
Hydrangea paniculata Groundbreaker® Blush ('LC NO21'PBR) claimed 2nd place, recognised for its breakthrough low-growing form and exceptional flowering period. This Hydrangea paniculata grows more in width than height, reaching only 30–40 cm, and flowers for around 100 days from white to soft blush pink. Its compact, ground-covering habit makes it ideal for small gardens, public plantings and containers.
Pennisetum advena Tiny Tails ('TUS022'PBR) took both 3rd place and the Public’s Vote. Compact and easy-care, it offers dark red foliage and soft, airy plumes that provide texture and movement in pots, borders and prairie-style plantings.
