When most plants retreat for the season, the landscape needs those that stand tall, offer texture, and keep energy alive. These evergreen selections offer form, foliage, and interest throughout winter.

Mahonia are stunning plants that add colour and life to the winterlandscape. Mahonia Volcano ('MYOY'PBR) shows an eruption of colour with its orange-yellow flowers which combine nicely with the silvery green leaves. Mahonia eurybracteata Meteor ('Hillmah'PBR) shows off its large yellow flower spikes from late August until November, resembling meteors and bringing a burst of colour to the landscape. Combined with the colour-changing foliage, Meteor is a great addition to the landscape and hardy to -15 ºC.
